Q:  What does teletherapy look like?

A:  A teletherapy session will be conducted via a safe, HIPAA compliant virtual platform.  You will receive a link to log in for your appointment.  Evaluation and therapy materials will be presented via screen share and video conferencing.

Q:  Do you also offer in-person services?

A:  Not at this time.

Q:  Is insurance accepted to cover the cost of services?

A:  Communication Pathways is not in network  for insurance at this time.

Q:  Is teletherapy a good fit for my needs?

A:  During our initial consultation I will discuss what is needed in order to have a successful teletherapy session and determination will be made after the initial consultation.

Q:  I'm interested in therapy.  What is the process?

A:  1- You will receive an initial consultation via video conference or phone to ensure that Communication Pathways is a good fit for your needs.  

2- If so, an initial evaluation will be scheduled to begin the assessment process.  Assessments are comprehensive and may take several sessions to complete.  Included with the evaluation is an evaluation review to ensure client and family understand the prescribed treatment plan.

3- The client is scheduled and put on a reoccurring schedule to begin receiving speech therapy services.
